  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective or incorrect).

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged,
  • Defective, or
  • Different from what was ordered,

you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request through customer support.
  2. Provide order details and reason for return.
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely and ship it as instructed.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


6. Refund Policy

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
